Funny and great quality!

Great design, glows under black light, and the quality is nice. Came with a fabric sleeve, the bamboo was painted well, smooth, and pinned with a solid post. Appreciated the soft and flexible fabric print of the fan as it allows you to easily flip it open and closed.
